Seal of Approval Modern Notary LLC  is a professional notary service that provides a range of services to its clients. We are background check approved, licensed, bonded, insured, and Commissioned by The Arizona Secretary of State. We offer notarization of documents in person or online, administering oaths and affirmations, certifying copies, mortgage loans,  affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts, and many others. In order to get documents notarized you first must be over the age of 18. For the state of Arizona a valid drivers license, passport, military ID or government issued ID.  You will need to bring the original document you wish to get notarized and anyone who will need to sign. Please remember you need to sign with the Notary present. Lastly payment for our services. 

Remote online notary is a new way to get notarization done anytime! We are capable with getting notarization done almost anywhere in the United States. Please check or ask if your state accepts remote online notary. 

Be over the age of 18, have a valid drivers license, passport, military ID or government issued ID. You will also need phone, laptop, computer or device  that is capable of two way audio video with internet connection. Verify your information through a secure site.  You will then need to upload  your documentation, go over the information, and get a digital stamped copy.

You will first need to obtain a marriage license, be at least 18 years old, and have two forms of identification, with your significant other at the courthouse. There is a fee that you are required to pay to obtain the certificate. In order to get a last name changed there is an additional fee that is recommended. The marriage certificate is valid for one year from the date it was issued to you.  

You and your fiancé will need to schedule a date and time you would like to get married. It is our pleasure to get to know you personally so we can make the ceremony special. I will be able to officiate the wedding and send the required documentation to the country recorders office to be filed. All union weddings are welcome. Se Habla Español

In person notary is $20 for the first signature and $5 for any additional signatures. Please contact us for location details, a travel fee may be required.

Remote online notary is $25 and $10 for additional signatures. 

Wedding officiant services start at $150, includes consultation and ceremony. Location distance may result in a travel fee. Rehearsal attendance and assistance with vow writing are optional with an additional fee.

Emergency or last minute notarization is available, additional fees apply.
